REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Virsa Online Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and refund process as outlined below:
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 4-5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Free from any stains, damages, or alterations.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions. Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Deductions: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. In the case of damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and sent back to you.
